The gist

Punnacle is a free, for-fun, AI-judged pun game - playable on the web, as a Discord Activity, and as a native iOS app. By using it you agree to these terms.

Native iOS app

The native iOS app runs as local mobile gameplay. Your puns are not posted publicly by the app unless you choose to share a screenshot, result, or other content outside Punnacle. If you share something outside the app, you are responsible for what you share.

iOS pun scoring uses Apple's Foundation Models / Apple Intelligence APIs on supported devices. Availability depends on device, OS version, user settings, language, region, and Apple's platform behavior. If Apple Intelligence is unavailable or returns an error, iOS scoring may be limited, use a local fallback, or fail to score that pun.

Web app and Discord Activity

Web and Discord play use the server-side OpenAI judge. In Discord, the puns you submit and your scores are posted to the Discord channel you launched from and are visible to others. Don't submit anything to Discord play that you wouldn't want to be public, and don't submit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringing. We may remove content or block use that abuses the service.

AI scoring

Puns are scored by an automated AI judge. Web and Discord play use the server-side OpenAI judge; native iOS play uses Apple's Foundation Models / Apple Intelligence path on supported devices. Scoring is subjective, imperfect, and provided “as is” - it's a game, not a judgment of your worth. Have fun with it.

No warranty & liability

The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and may change or go offline at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of it.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
